A peaceful street until Larry and his dogs moved in around 2009. They barked all day pissing off his neighbors. Animal Control no longer works the field, instead it is basically a phone number. If you call them regarding a barking dog, they instruct you to call 911. Why should emergency services be used for dog situations?
